Arunachala Industries was incorporated in the year 2014 as a registered small-scale industry. The company is manufacturing wire harness assemblies essentially for the automotive industry. The company has registered a good growth in the past 1 year and is poised for further expansion. Arunachala Industries would like to take an advantage of the expected perceptible increase in automotive industry in the coming years. The prospectus for playing the important role as an ancillary unit is very bright in the domestic market.

Organization Growth

Arunachal Industrieswas engaged in the manufacture of wiring harness assemblies for 2/3/4 wheelers. Within a short span of time the company extended its operations and started entering into two wheelers & four wheeler manufacturer. Also extended its operation to consumer durable industries such as washing machine & etc. and started supplying wiring harness

Quality Systems

Arunachal Industries has a policy of good components supplies to customers which would be achieved by proper components procurement from vendor, educating vendor about customer need, conducting periodical training about the components, quality, delivery, principals, reports and other required documents, make them fit to reach the requirement of the ultimate buyer and user, incoming materials are inspected thru vendor department

Regular training is giving to operators, supervisors, quality process inspectors and other connected personnel –both by internal faculty and external faculty

Before the product are dispatched a pre-delivery inspection is carried out on a sampling basis. the complete quality system is documented.
